Two suggestions I have to improve the experience of the sender…not tacking on an additional $10 charge for being a first time customer. Seems like you’d want to bring on new customers. Secondly, do a quick photo of what I actually purchased and include it in the confirmation delivery email. I chose the florist choice bouquet and have absolutely no idea what the recipient actually got for an arrangement. Just a nice added touch of customer service.
